The Port Authority of Cotonou as a Port Authority offers all the necessary services to enable not only ships calling at the Port of Cotonou but also economic operators to carry out their activities successfully and without great difficulty.

Because of the public service mission assigned to the Port Authority of Cotonou, most of the services offered are mandatory and continuous. Given the ambition of the PAC authorities to make the Port of Cotonou the first choice of Beninese economic operators and in particular those of the hinterland countries, particular attention is paid not only to the quality of its services but also to its costs which remain the most competitive in the sub-region.
