Procédures CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A LICENSE TO PRACTICE
According to its statutes adopted by Decree No. 2016-074 of March 10, 2016 and Decree No. 96-217 of May 31, 1996 on the reinforcement of the Port Authority in the Port of Cotonou, the PAC is responsible for granting authorizations (approvals) for the exercise of activities to structures wishing to carry out activities on the port platform.
